Greg Moran’s passion for real estate goes back to the early 90’s in his hometown of Buffalo, New York. He was rocking that market when, after looking at the growth and opportunities the Queen city had to offer, he decided to move to Charlotte NC. He quickly became a top producer with Allen Tate then at Re/Max. In 2004, he opened his own real estate firm, Homes Charlotte serving North and South Carolina.
What separates Greg from other agents is his passion and commitment for his clients, negotiating and advocating for them and making the home buying/selling process a pleasant one. When he is not showing properties around town, he can be found at the Allegro Foundation working with special needs children, a cause that is dear to his heart. He also enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Carolyn kayaking on Lake Wylie or at Carolina Panthers football games. Family, Friends and his Faith keep Greg well grounded.
